A comprehensive corporate design was developed for Bruma Restaurant in Barcelona in collaboration with Anna Roura. The aim was to create a visual identity that reflects the restaurant’s culinary philosophy: unhurried, product-focused and shaped by cultural exchange.
Benvinguts a Bruma.
Bruma is founded on a considered approach to cooking and shared dining – taking time, respecting the ingredients and remaining open to different cultures. The cuisine brings together French and Mediterranean traditions, combining technique, memory and seasonality in a contemporary interpretation.
At the heart of the brand development is the family story of Grandmother Lulu, born in early twentieth-century Alexandria, shaped by culture française and later at home in Barcelona. This natural connection between different worlds forms the foundation of the brand identity.
The resulting branding translates this cultural hybridity into a clear, elegant and atmospheric design language. Typography, colour palette and visual elements express the essence of Bruma – soft and poetic, yet precise. The cohesive brand identity extends from the logo to menus, stationery and spatial applications, visually complementing the restaurant experience.
