Client: Bruma Restaurant

For Bruma Restaurant in Barcelona, I developed a new holistic corporate design in collaboration with Anna Roura. The aim of the project was to create a visual identity that reflects the restaurant’s culinary philosophy: unhurried, product-focused, and culturally connected.

Benvinguts a Bruma.
Bruma is rooted in a particular understanding of cuisine and the shared table — without haste, with respect for the product, and with an open dialogue between cultures. The kitchen brings together French and Mediterranean traditions, combining technique, memory, and seasonality in a contemporary interpretation.

At the heart of the brand development lies a family story: that of Grandmother Lulu — born in early 20th-century Alexandria, shaped by culture française, and later based in Barcelona. This natural blending of different worlds forms the foundation of the brand identity.

The branding we developed translates this cultural hybridity into a clear, elegant, and atmospheric design language. Typography, color palette, and visual elements reflect the core idea of “Bruma” — soft, poetic, yet precise. The result is a cohesive brand world spanning logo design, menus, stationery, and spatial applications, visually enhancing the overall restaurant experience.
